Kwint Manshoven studied product design (1990-1995)
After a few years of teaching workshops on creative development throughout movement and dance, he founded his own company, called kabinet k.
Ever since, he’s been working as a choreographer, with his vast companion Joke Laureyns. From the very beginning, their work was presented for both an adult audience and children.
In collaboration with different cultural partners in Flanders, he created and danced several dance-pieces in which children share the stage with professional dancers. Besides that he worked as a dancer/performer in creations of other choreographers and companies as Ontroerend Goed, Ives Thuwis & Gregory Caers Kopergietery, and Nada Gambier WP Zimmer.
